How Long will it take to get my package?

Items usually SHIP from 4-7 days. Please allow a 3-6 week turnaround time. We will ship out packages weekly. Wednesdays or Saturdays. You will be sent an update when you have a confirmed tracking number. Due to covid-19, USPS is experiencing volume increases and limited availability due to the impact. When will the bears be available for purchase?

We are slowly establishing things and getting things set up. At this time, no set date is set up for booking the mobile build a bear.

Can I cancel my order?

If something comes up or you accidentally placed an order , please don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as you can so we can resolve the issue and get your funds back to you in a timely manner. Being that we are working with different vendors and the postal service , bare with us as we try to resolve the issue.

Something I wanted went out of stock, when will this be available again?

The site will be updated as often as possible. We will keep track of high sellers and try swapping out things that aren’t as popular. If there is something that you really loved , reach out to us via email and we will try to set up something personal for you if possible!
